Please note, all fees quoted are subject to VAT.

Commercial

We will always try to offer a fixed fee for commercial matters, including commercial property matters.

For commercial property matters, our fees are based on a scale according to property price and a few other factors. We will be able to provide you with a quote when you have supplied us with some information relating to your transaction.

Litigation

Our fees for litigation matters are based on an hourly rate. When discussing your matter with you, we will be able to provide you with an estimate.

Residential Conveyancing

We charge all clients fees based on a scale according to property price and a few other factors. If you can give us some basic information, we will be able to provide you with a quote.

Please note, there are some instances where an estimate can go up or down; we will tell you more about this when we respond to your enquiry.

Wills, Probate, Estate Administration & Estate Planning

We offer fixed fees for the preparation of wills and powers of attorneys. Fees start at £395.00 for a standard single will and depend on your requirements.

Our fixed cost Probate and Estate Administration services remove additional worry by providing clarity. We can do as little or as much as you wish – you decide exactly what help you need.

Employment Tribunals

There are a range of options which we can discuss to fund your legal matter. From damaged based agreements (also known as no win no fee), to privately paying employment matters. We would review your matter to ascertain which funding option is best, depending on the specifics of your case.
